Dijitalpark Teknokent / RTEU-TAU Technopark

RTEU-TAU Technopark is situated on approximately 40,000 m² in Çekmeköy, Istanbul, designated as a Technology Development Zone within the Dijitalpark Technopark. Jointly established by RTEU and TAU, this area is intended for research and development in technology and will accommodate high-tech companies and startups.

The total construction area of 90,000 m² features an Incubation Center, an Administrative Building, and several R&D facilities. The first phase of the project, which commenced in 2021, was completed in 2023 with the opening of the A1 Block Administrative Building and the B1 Block Incubation Center. Upon completion of all three phases, the technopark will offer approximately 130,000 m² of enclosed space, including 60,000 m² for offices, meeting and seminar areas, as well as social facilities. The area is projected to host around 250 advanced high-tech companies and employ approximately 4,000 R&D personnel.

Organic shaped glass structures are distributed in the area in an orderly manner. These structures gracefully navigate the site’s edges, while the landscape incorporates water as a reflective element, creating a sense of unity among the buildings. The building volumes not only embody the principles of modern technology but also provide interiors that prioritize comfort.

The office space is designed as a co-working environment, featuring partitioned workstations and shared areas that encourage social interaction. The glass structures are framed in aluminum and steel, and their façade is enhanced by uniquely designed vertical sun shades. Additionally, a helicopter pad on the roof offers a convenient alternative mode of transportation.
