The design for IGDAS reflects the company's modern vision and identity through a symbolic structure that combines strength, beauty, and environmental sensitivity. The building enhances Istanbul’s skyline and contributes to the Golden Horn while integrating green elements, including terraces and abundant daylight.
At the rear, the design separates the office floors from the shopping center with a transparent, greenery-filled space. The shopping center is strategically positioned at key transportation intersections, ensuring easy pedestrian and traffic access. The office floors feature commercial and social spaces, parking areas, and ergonomic layouts that meet technical and service needs.
Every detail, from material choice to form, emphasizes transparency and harmony with nature. With the use of glass to emphasize transparency, the interconnected building becomes one with its surrounding nature.
