Located in the center of the industrial and commercial zones by the Izmir courthouse, Smyrna Automated Parking Lot provides permanent and sustainable solutions to the environment's car parking crisis using cutting-edge technology. The steel structure rises through the ground block, which provides vehicle and user flow. The building's monolithic facade is simplified with vertical bands emphasizing the verticality. With a capacity of 648 cars, the automatic car park offers high vehicle capacity with smart systems and highlights the city's and green's responsiveness. The vertically layered car park which has been carried inside a building shell, has left its facade and ground block to nature. The building has a lightweight structure, designed with high reliability and sustainability in consideration.

With its monolithic impact rising to the sky, the building aims to become a new landmark in the region. The glass, which was chosen for its thermophysical behavior, represents the surrounding city view and blends the facade into its environment. A sense of depth and porosity is created by the simulated sky reflected on the glass. Through this effect, structure humanizes the city and human-scale systems around it. Smyrna Automated Parking Lot is built with effective functional plans, with vehicle and user interaction solved on the ground level and the rising floors reserved solely for the vehicle park. Vehicle entry and exits are restricted to the southern part of the car park, and six automated vehicle transport systems are located in the core. With its monolithic impact rising to the sky, the building aims to become a new landmark in the region.
