Pelit Ankara

Pelit Ankara branch is situated beneath an old office building within a plot surrounded by offices and hotels in Ankara's rapidly growing district Çukurambar. The main branch, constructed in 2009, was relocated to the adjacent shop in 2021. In line with Pelit's design philosophy, the shop underwent a redesign featuring bright, sparkling colors and textures that accentuate the products, aiming to create a peaceful and comfortable atmosphere. Due to the fact that Ankara is far from Istanbul, an extensive infrastructure has been developed to support all production and kitchen activities at the branch.

The semi open seating area offers a secluded space for breather in the chaos of the city. The use of neutral colors such as beige, brown, white, and black compliments our minimalistic approach and achieves our design goal by directing all the attention on the products displayed. In the seating area, vibrant accents are introduced through colored stained-glass panels, some artwork, and furniture, enhancing the space's dynamism. Alongside the array of spotlights, the pendant lights positioned by the mirrors contribute to a bright and inviting atmosphere.

Special designed stain-glass mirrors are used for interior decoration, which shine in gold details, depicting historical scenes from the famous maps of Piri Reis of the Ottoman period. The display tables placed in line with the display counters in the patisserie section are especially designed for Pelit with meticulously placed glass tubes, and complement the historical elements with a contemporary approach. The details in the design reflect the timeless brand. As being the only shop in the region representing Pelit brand, the space is designed to accommodate larger groups in an elegantly refined setting.
