On behalf of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Nursultan Nazarbayev, the museum was established under the framework of the “Cultural Heritage” State Program. The museum is located in Astana/Kazakhstan. Concept designs were prepared in Moscow, South Korea and developed and completed by BRN Architects. It was completed in 2013 in cooperation with a turkish construction company and the Kazakhstan government, it is currently open for the visitors.
